Spokane Housing Ventures contracts with the Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) to provide third party independent HUD Housing Quality Standards inspections at SHA owned properties that receive rental assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher program and/or other grant funded housing assistance programs.
The City of Spokane Human Services Department also contracts with Spokane Housing Ventures to provide administrative services and HUD Housing Quality Standards inspections at properties participating in the Shelter Plus Care, Project-Based Rental Assistance Programs administered by the City of Spokane.
