Spokane Housing Ventures now
owns and manages 450 rental units and continues to develop
new housing at a rate of approximately 50 units a year.
 The
Board of Directors and Management Team of SHV consider the
maintenance and motivation of a highly skilled professional

· Previous residential
property management or property maintenance
· Employee supervision and
management
· Ability to handle finances,
work within budgets and attend to details
· Positive self image,
appearance and attitude and good sense of humor
· Energetic, assertive and
capable role model for residents and subordinates
· Ability to interact and
communicate effectively with a wide range of people
· Ability to solve problems
involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure,
emergency situations, etc.
· Strong team player with ability and
willingness to substitute for any position, from property
manager to janitor to receptionist.
· Demonstrated integrity on both personal

Part-time Site Assistant to
live on site at Valley Complex
FT Apt. Maintenance
This position is a roving
position, 3 days at one site and 2 days at other
properties. A great place to work. Seeking an
outgoing, dependable, detailed and organized
individual that will be supporting Maint.
Supervisors and other staff by performing duties
such as painting, general maintenance, grounds,
etc. Must have valid DL and own tools. Please
