owns and manages over 650 rental units and continues to develop
new housing at a rate of approximately 50 units a year.

property management or property maintenance
· Employee supervision and

capable role model for residents and subordinates
· Ability to interact and
communicate effectively with a wide range of people
· Ability to solve problems
involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure,
emergency situations, etc.
· Strong team player with ability and
willingness to substitute for any position, from property
manager to janitor to receptionist.
· Demonstrated integrity on both personal
and professional level
