Scattered-Site Rental Project involves 10 single family rental units and one duplex, all located within Spokane Community Development neighborhoods and purchased in March of 1996. Approximately $75,000 in property upgrades and repairs were made throughout the summer of 1996. This project provides 12 units of affordable rental housing for very low income families and individuals at or below 50% of median income with disabilities arising from mental illness and/or HIV/AIDS. Total project costs were $588,000.
