Opportunities for Vendors

Opportunities for Contractors

We also rely on qualified contractors (must be licensed and bonded) for rehabilitation, remodeling and major repairs to our properties. When Federal funds are used for projects, Davis-Bacon wage rates and regulations may apply to contractors and subcontractors. We also solicit and encourage bids from Minority and Women Business Enterprises. Some current projects are summarized below.   ·  Siding replacement
Installation of new vinyl siding on a 36 unit apartment in the Spokane Valley. Work must be completed by the end of October 2006.

  ·  Bathroom remodel
Complete revamping and remodeling of 6 common bathrooms in a 4 story apartment building in the downtown Spokane area. Durable surfaces that provide maximum ease of maintenance and resident enjoyment will be given preference. This work is scheduled to begin in the fall 2006.

  ·  Window Replacement
Removal and replacement of approximately 82 vinyl windows in a fully occupied four story brick building in the downtown Spokane area. Preference given to products that provides excellent durability and ease of operation. Work is scheduled for July –September 2006.
